I am renting my apartment for the next year starting February 1st. The apartment is one block away from Blue Bottle on Abott Kinney, Venice and a 5 min walk away from the ocean. It is a one bedroom, one bathroom with tons of light and greenery in every window. The building community is awesome and welcoming. Ideally looking for a 1 year rental but open to short term.
