• Nice country home in Elgin, Kershaw county. In a nice family friendly neighborhood, neighbors are very kind. Home has hardwood floor in living and dining area that is clean but needs refinishing, brand new wood flooring in kitchen. Home is also freshly painted! Nice, open kitchen, separate laundry room, front porch and huge deck in backyard, 2 small storage sheds, plus an attached 2 car garage. HUGE fenced in backyard and big front yard. 15-20 minutes from Columbia and Camden so in the middle between the two with many restaurants and shopping areas. Foodlion is a mile up the road and Lugoff Elgin High School nearby and private schools. Move in ready home. We loved this house and didn’t want to sell but had to be closer to my grandma.

What we loved: We loved how huge the garage and the two storage buildings. We love that the summer time your electric bill didn’t get super high due to the big shade tree in front of the house. We loved how big the back porch was, we had a gazebo, patio table and area to grill for cookouts. Fall we would roast marshmallows and do bonfires. We also would swing on the front porch swing during the fall with our coffee and watch the bird feeder. Birds eat out the bird feeder all year round and one of our favorites things to do. We loved walking the neighborhood in the evenings with our son.

We are still in the process of cleaning the yard and garage.
