The units are quite spacious with a split floorplan, master walk-in closets, and outdoor storage closet. . Additional amentities also include a balcony or patio space, laundry room with washer and dryer connections, and courtesy officer on-site with security cameras throughout. New paint and flooring in all units. Pets: Max of two pets. $50.00 per pet for pet rent in addition to pet fee determined at approval. Resident will be responsible for water and trash at a monthly fee of $75.00 made payable with rental payment. Upon approval, a reservation fee and a $200 lease processing fee are due. The Resident Benefits Package is $55 per month.

    "safe and good community with plenty to do and a variety of stores for clothes and groceries and other necessities from high-end to load in for everyone in all different brackets of income there are plenty of police around the area to make sure you feel safe where you live. The schools are some of the best in the area. You don’t have to worry about your children’s safety because there are security guards, police officers, and lock doors with cameras to the buildings."

    "My commute to downtown is about 4 miles from Hardy McManus Rd straight to Riverwatch and Downtown and Hospitals. I am also 4 miles to our Family Business, Looper Cabinet Co. Also I’m 2 miles Washington Rd which takes me to the Lake. Greenbrier Schools (all three) are a mile from my House. And, the sports venue’s for Baseball, Softball, Football and Soccer are about 4 miles from me as well. It’s a super great area to live and raise kids, and the economy always stays strong. "
