The most important part is finding someone that my smart, liberal, LGBTQ+, computer savvy, chatty brother and his cat Asimov enjoy sharing their space with! No smoking inside the home, must be approved by park management. Managed by Cheryl (primary tenant's sister). Please be forthright about financial and criminal situation, open to helping out someone struggling to find housing however if you are hiding your situation that is the biggest red flag. No history of violent crimes or sex offenders.
