This house offers features that you cannot find in any other rental. All 360 degree views from this house are nothing but nature. No neighbors anywhere in sight. The mowed area of the yard is over 1 acre. Landlord takes care of mowing. Deer, rabbits, armadillos, raccoons, opossum. and other wildlife are frequent visitors on this property. No hunting is allowed. Lightening bugs and croaking frogs fill the night. This 2020 remodeled house is 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. 2 of the bedrooms have private baths. The 3rd bath is located directly across the hallway from the 3rd bedroom door. The bedroom walls inside the house are fully insulated for extra peace and quite. Interior doors are solid wood to dampen noises from other rooms. All bedrooms will fit King size beds and have plenty of closets. 2 bedrooms have outside entrances, one of these bedrooms is so large (16 x 20) it could be used as a game room, or a 2nd living area, or a mother-in-law suite. Ceiling fans are in every room, Central heat & air, insulated vinyl windows. Living room has a natural wood vaulted ceiling. Kitchen is furnished with Stainless Steel appliances, with gas 5- burner stove, built in microwave, huge Kitchen Aid refrigerator, super quite dishwasher are ALL included. There is a pantry closet and a lazy susan cabinet. Extra deep kitchen sink and real oak countertops. Full size clothes washer & dryer IS furnished and centrally located inside the house. Water IS included, and all water in the kitchen is double filtered including reverse osmosis. 2 of the bedrooms have low pile carpet for comfort underfoot. The rest of the house flooring is easy care wood laminates. Bathrooms feature granite countertops. Bathtubs are insulated steel with ceramic tile surrounds and all have showers. 1 tub is a Garden tub. Toilets are dual flush type. Linen closet and plenty of bathroom storage WITH drawers! Bath heaters & exhaust fans provided. Attached Oversized 2 car garage. You can find a house with more square footage for the same money, but you will not find the natural amenities & tranquility, appliances, and furnished utilities this house offers anywhere else.

This house is NON-SMOKING and is strictly enforced. Dogs & cats are allowed with pet fees. I do not restrict breeds. I restrict dogs by their temperament.

Water and sewer utility is included. Refrigerator, stove & microwave is included. Washer & Dryer included. Lawn care is included.

I am the owner with over 25 years experience in leasing properties. I own, manage, and maintain all of my own properties. I live in Denton, just 5 miles from this property. You DO NOT have to have perfect credit, but you cannot have an eviction or a payday loan in your record. I do lease to felons on a case by case basis. All persons over 18 are required to have separate applications on file. Monthly income should be, more or less, 3 times the rental amount depending on reoccurring debt payments. Deposits for roommates are higher ( I have never had a lease, in the past 20 years between roommates, where at least 1 roommate did not default, leaving the other roommates in a bad situation.) Pets require fees that vary.

This house is in the country. Wildlife and creatures of all types can be present at anytime. I do not remove wildlife, or exterminate wildlife from the property. Living here is not the same as living in a cookie cutter city house environment. This is God's country.

The tranquility and humanity of the people are very precious, especially when they all gather together. The square of denton organizes magnificent events that are curated by the owners of every business located in denton. I really recommend denton and its traditions to all people, especially to students that come from different states of the USA, but also from other countries. There are many restaurants, ice cream places, bars, and warming coffee shops that make people feel at home. I lived here for two years during my time at UNT, and I really had so much fun in the town with my friends and classmates. It is very easy to find houses and apartments to stay living peacefully in denton tx. All these characteristics make southeast denton very special."
