The island acts as a natural gathering point--a place to sip coffee and enjoy your family and friends. Seamlessly integrated from the kitchen is the dining area, which easily accommodates a large dining table suitable for hosting memorable family dinners. The Great Room and Sitting Area are designed for relaxation, with large, plush sectional sofas that are perfect for movie nights after a full day on the beach. A true highlight is the sliding doors, which open up the entire space to the ocean air and make the transition to the beach effortless by putting you and your guests only steps away from the beach. You will also find this Home to be fully furnished and with all you will need to enjoy your stay. All you need to do is grab your swimsuit and beach towel and the summer memories in Lavallette can be yours. Security Deposit of $1,000.00 or 10% of your stay, whichever is greater and $450 Mandatory cleaning fee required. No smoking. Pet is considered with $500 non-refundable fee. May 18th - June 22nd offered at $8,000.00 per week. June 22nd - September 7th offered at $11,500.00 per week. Also available as a Winter Rental from September 15, 2026 - May 15, 2027 for $5,250.00 month.

    "Properties are usually inherited, not bought and sold. Very family friendly, narrow part of the island (few mosquitoes due to the wind gusts!) Easy walk to bay or beach. Restaurant, bakery, bagels, frozen yogurt and surf shop right there! Nice association amenities, coolers allowed on the beach (it matters!)...mostly owners, not too many rentals."
