        "Anywhere on the peninsula can have fairly quick commute times. Here you can easily hop on the highway to get where you need to go, or you can take the scenic route to Williamsburg. Very easy to get around."

        "Generally traffic is not bad. Rush hour can be a little heavy, and so can vacation traffic on weekends. There are four major routes along the peninsula and wrecks on any of them can really snarl things up."

        "We have neighborhood picnics, every Halloween there is a costume parade in the neighborhood led by a York County Sherifs vehicle. We have a community yard sale twice a year. "

        "There are dogs being walked all the time throughout the neighborhood. Everyone picks up after their dogs and there are 3 main loops through the neighborhood so it’s easy to make your way back to your house. "
