1 Car Garage for storage only with a far infra-red Sauna and plenty of Street Parking,

Quiet Home & Street

Plenty of storage space, butler pantry, great view of Sanitas mountains,

So here are the conditions:

1. Home will only be rented Furnished-Period -Guardian Storage Climate Control is a great place for your belongings. I will make an exception for Mattresses that you (or your persons) feel you must absolutely sleep on. There will be a $350 a month extra charge for this accommodation.

2. Rental Time Frame is fixed and cannot be made for an earlier start date nor to extend to a later one. December 7th to March 31st is the when the home is available. December will be Pro-Rated. Zillow does not allow custom Dates of Availability so I listed it for 6 months but its only available 3.75 Months.

3. No Pets - No Exceptions- Too many Horror Stories I have Heard.

4. Kids who do not draw on my walls are fine and welcome. I have 4 Kids.

5. I will only rent the home to individuals who not only understand but will show a sincere willingness to comply and obligate themselves with the (almost) no Chemical's in the home requirement. In particular, regarding Laundry and any Cleaning Supplies. Personal Care Items are at your discretion. You must as well demonstrate an understanding or be willing to be instructed as to basic Water Damage (Mold) prevention. To be clear, my preference is to rent this to someone who this is their lifestyle and they understand these considerations very well whether from personal experience or family or are motivated to learn. Its not hard or rocket science.

6. No Soil Based Plants in Home- This is a Hard No- Flowers are Welcome- A Fiori is a wonderful local flower shop.

7. Car Parking on Street or Driveway Only. Garage is for storage only and its not huge and I do have some stuff in it that is not being moved. Think Suitcases, Bikes and some Boxes not Furniture.

8. There is no Television in the home and I will not be providing one. You may bring one in and have it at your own expense set up. No hard installation into a wall permitted. It would need a stand to be placed on.

9. I will be in deep lengthy retreat and I will have a legit full on competent person whom I have an established relationship and who knows the home well handle all emergencies or issues and interface with you. They will be authorized to make decisions at their own discretion. I am not cheap and when you pay this amount of money you deserve absolute and timely consideration. Things Happen and having a pain in the ass- cheap landlord is not what anyone wants and thankfully this is very far from me. We can work out the details if this aligns between us this should be easy for both parties.

10. No Smoking, Parties that make the neighbors wonder why is everyone dressed up like... or Medicine Ceremonies...that involve vomit. I have been here 15 years..

11. If you have a need for a vehicle I may be willing to rent you mine as a separate agreement its a 2012 White Porsche Panamera 4 in excellent condition with low mileage. Definitely Fun to Drive.
