The pricing is as follows: 6 - 9 month rental: $1,600 per month, plus utilities. 4 - 5 month rental: $1,800 per month, plus utilities. 1 - 3 month rental: $2,400 per month, plus utilities. Pets will be considered on an individual basis.
Our tenant would be responsible for water and electric bills (Wifi is provided) as well as first, last and security deposit. No smoking please!
