We are doing a bit of remodeling for you! This is a beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of Excelsior just a block up the road from main street. This building was a church, many years ago, and is now home to 6 apartments and one shared, coin op, laundry room. The entryway is shared with 4 apartments, and an attic storage space for your convenience. We love pets, however this property is pet free. There is a large yard and parking lot big enough for all tenants and guests. The apartment has plenty of windows to provide inviting light. Your front door enters the living room which is a large, bright room facing 2nd St. From there, you enter the kitchen with tons of cabinets, full sized appliances, large stainless sink, and plenty of space for a table and chairs. A small hallway beyond that has a linen closet/pantry for added storage. The main bedroom is to the left and has a large window, fits a king sized bed and still has room for a well placed dresser or two if you prefer that over the closet. The 2nd bedroom also has a closet and windows looking towards 2nd st and Central Ave. The bathroom has a large corner tub, window facing the lake, round toilet, floating sink, and recessed medicine cabinet. Don't miss your chance to like here at the 2nd st apartments! They fill up fast, and tenants stay for a long time! They may not be the fanciest homes in town, but you just cant beat the size, location, neighbors, rent amount, and low cost of utilities. Tenants only pay electricity which has been under $100 for previous tenants. No hidden fees, free private parking. fast handyman repairs for all issues big and small. Apartment upgrades can be discussed with management however, you are not allowed to edit the property yourself in any way. We would like to do a 1 year lease, but with a 60 day notice, if we find a renter, you are welcome to leave before the year is up at no cost to you. Renter's insurance is encouraged, but not required.
