Since the unit is in an association, there are rules and regulations that must be followed. Please do not apply through Zillow. Call or message me for a showing. Showings are M-F 10AM to 330PM.

The tenant is responsible for electricity and WiFi/cable. There is a window AC downstairs and one upstairs. Washer and dryer stay with the unit. The initial lease is for 1 year. After the first year it goes month-to-month but can be renewed for another year.
Sorry no pets. No smoking or vaping inside. Renters insurance is required. To apply, you can get the application off our website or in our office. The application fee is $70 per person. Everyone over 18 must apply. We do a background and credit check as well as a rental and employment verification.

The increase in traffic is horrible and rude drivers ignoring traffic laws are now the rule and not the exception.. stay away from main roads during the hours of 4:30- 6:30 "
