It is in walking distance to The Collection (Oxnard) shopping mall with WholeFoods, Target, movie theater, restaurants, gym, etc . RiverPark is a safe and family friendly neighborhood, has 6 parks, tennis courts, basketball field, walking/biking trails.

No pets. No smoking/vaping, no drugs, no excess drinking. Looking for a clean and responsible person. Rent is $1100 which includes utilities and Wi-Fi. Plenty of free street parking. Garage parking is available and negotiable. Six-month lease which can be extended if mutually desired. First month's rent and $1000 deposit to move in.
About the roomies
We are one woman (37) who is a dog behaviorist, one man (25) who works in sales; one friendly, well-trained dog and one cat (no more dogs or cats please). We want a friendly, neat, and responsible roommate.

No smoking, drugs, or excessive alcohol use.
Utilities included in monthly rent.
3-month lease with option to renew if mutually desired.
Ample on street parking available. Garage space is negotiable.
