This is camper for rent (12 month lease) with 1 bedrooms 1 bathroom (extra sleeping space with bunk beds) with shed, washer and dryer at Clarcona Resorts a gated community in Apopka, FL. The rent Includes water, sewer and garbage pickup (it does not include the electric). Pets are ok but under 20lbs (Certain breeds are not permitted) Contact me for more information.
Half mile from the 414 toll. Close to down town Orlando about 30 minutes, Wakiva Springs about 15 minutes, about 1.5 hours from the Cape, Disney and attractions about 40 minutes (pending traffic). About 45 minutes from UCF college. About 30 minutes from MMI college. Cocoa beach about 1.5 hour's. Melbourne about 2 hours.
Close to Sam's, Super Wal-Mart, plenty of restaurants.

Owner pay water, sewer and garbage pickup. The renter is responsible for lawn care and electricity. There's an electric deposit required.
