This FIRST floor unit is spacious, SUNNY and very well maintained. It has hardwood floors throughout and lots of closets.

You could not ask for a prettier setting to live. The building is located in a very nice neighborhood too and just a short walk to downtown, the grocery store and a park.

There is off street parking and a GARAGE.

The rent is $1,650 per month including cold water and sewer. Tenant pays electricity (hot water is electric) and other personal utilities.

No pets preferred, but one indoor cat would be allowed for an additional $25/month and a $250 non-refundable pet deposit.

This is a non-smoking unit and property.

It is available for an early November occupancy.

Tenants are responsible for snow removal on their porch.

First month's rent and security ($1,650) are due at lease upon application approval.

Applicants must have good credit, clean backgrounds, great references and proof of income. Tenants must be approved on their own merit. So sorry- we do not do co-signers.

One year lease a must!

The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
