Neighborhood Description

We love that the house is technically in Ross Township (so we get the good schools, access to the community center, etc.), but is so close to Bellevue. We can walk to Lincoln Avenue to eat, get groceries, or take a yoga class. There are many interesting and friendly people in the area--many young couples with and without children. It seems like there are many people around with dogs (based on the number of dog-walkers we see). People are always out and being active--we love that there are sidewalks all throughout the area on which we can walk and run. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood, too, and I love that we live just a house away from Fairview fire station (it keeps our homeowner's insurance low and gives me peace of mind; it's also our polling place which makes voting really convenient!).
