( a small dog may be considered with owners permission. no cats are allowed) the property can be rented by the month or by the year.. the rental price and deposit price may change depending on short or long term leases. it is possible for the 3RD bedroom and bathroom to be closed off ) if desired and used as an office/work area a mother in law unit.) it also has a separate entrance from 2 bedroom/bath area. a secured parking space is also possible for
