Hudson- A small yet lively town positioned along the rolling green hills of New England, Hudson has a distinct combination of old and new. Hudson maintains its place in history as a town that thrived throughout the century and blossomed into a dynamic and modern diversified community. Shopping, restaurants, recreational ponds, Benson Park (166 acres), Senior Center, Old Home Days, a motor speedway, and easy access to several state routes including Route 3 makes Hudson a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Hudson is a 45 minute commute to Boston, MA or New Hampshire's seacoast and beaches, an hour plus to NH's beautiful lakes and mountains, and a hop, skip, and jump to attending a sports event or concert at SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH. Additionally, Hudson residents may travel across the Merrimack River to the neighboring city of Nashua via the Sagamore Bridge from the southern portion of Lowell Road or further north from the Taylor Falls Bridge. Nashua boasts a thriving downtown; scores of culinary delights; many shopping opportunities at one-of-a-kind boutiques or multitude of stores up and down Amherst Street; farmers markets; ball games and fireworks at Holman Stadium; many recreational trails for hiking, biking, running, kayaking, and winter activities; several college campuses (Rivier University, Southern NH University, Nashua Community College, etc.); theatre, cinemas, and art at various festivals, Chunky's Cinema, and Nashua Theatre Guild. This allows Hudson residents the opportunity to enjoy suburbia, plus the pleasure of Nashua's community district and resources. As well as their proximity to all Massachusetts has to offer and New Hampshire's great outdoors.

"Hudson is a typical New England residential town. Homes are affordable, the schools are good, and the residents are active in the community. Multiple events throughout the year brings the community together including Old Home Days festival, July 4th fireworks, Hudson motor speedway, and lots of events at Bensons Park. Benson Park is beautiful with an amazing 9/11 memorial, walking trails, playground, and off-leash dog park. The walk around the lake is beautiful and the history of the park is worth checking out. Hudson is a commuter town with Route 3 and I93 only minutes away. While Hudson is very small, all the amenities of Nashua and Salem provide excellent malls and restaurants. . . and the shopping is TAX FREE!!! "
  • Christine
"I've lived here for 4 years. Great family neighborhood!"
  • Leona D.
"I have lived here 10 years and my daughter also lived here. It is a place where you can let your kids play freely. Dogs and cats welcomed."
