    "I see people walking their dogs around my neighborhood all the time. Carroll Valley and Fairfield, PA are great places for dog lovers. One downside is you have to register your dog every year, but that's the only downside. "

    "Lots of people own dogs in this neighborhood. They walk their dogs early and late. It is appreciated if you walk your dog(s) after dark that you wear white or reflective colors. There are not many sidewalks in this neighborhood. It also helps if you bring a bag to clean up after your dog(s) and cat's. It is not appreciated by your neighbors if they run through your dog(s) or cat's business while mowing or working outside in their yard or garden. This is simple animal owner etiquette and responsibility. Thanks for being responsible 😊."
