"101 has lots of traffic hard to get out of this area but decent apartments if you find a gem. A lot of trouble finding parking"

"Like any neighborhood, there’s creepy people and you have to parent. I’m not sure if I’d let my kids wander around in any neighborhood these days. But, overall I think it’s a great neighborhood."

"An adulterous wonderland very private community of schoolars, gifted, fully evolved master pieces. Lovely designs opportunity and offered services for new comers and old timers alike. veey welcoming into community acrivities and open door 🚪events. Full of spirited women and adventureous men who prefer to leave their loved ones home for hiking with buddies while the lady of the estate attends her own demanding pursuits of luring theatrics and artistic people experiencing robust blooming channels of jaw droping socks off toe curling majestics"

"It is a very dog friendly neighborhood. Dogs are expected to be leashed and well behaved. We have a lot of coyotes roaming around. Be careful with smaller dogs"

"I drive to work. about 8-13 min depending on traffic. Barham Blvd can be pretty hectic. The lights can take a while to turn and cars pile up. some commuters to down town to the valley area cut through here sometimes, you feel it at peak hour. "
