Camp on the bottom till you can build a road to the top where the uses frontage is. Get a cabin at top recommend walk out basement home on this land.. Elevelcaiton is approx 2800 at the top and overlook whole uses land and hunt and fish in uses with licenses during fishing and hunting seasons local. live off the land great some fruit trees and do a garden next to levelrolad side in old place where the branch used to run in old days prior to someone building a pond up end of Horton. I would build my primary home at top or near top. Gate on both sides of this tract take plat/mapping with you to view and I have 3 signs.

      "vehicle is a must have commodity to get around when you live out of the town city limits. Unless you like to walk or ride a bike. They're are few other drawbacks as well. Communicating by cell phone is not very good around the countryside, lacking cell towers. This is a problem, even trying to get on the internet. Somedays are better than others but still we have poor reception. Other than that we have the beautiful outdoors. We can enjoy going to the national forest for hiking, camping, hunting, fishing or just driving around the back roads and enjoy scenery as well as wildlife. Living outside the city's limit might have it's drawbacks but you take the good and the bad as it comes and make the best of it."

      "Murphy, NC is a small community with all the basics (yes, including Walmart). There is a lot to do or you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. Winters are NOT harsh, however, you will need warm clothing. You can enjoy the wildlife from your back deck or walk the many trails throughout the county. Although Murphy will have a Casino come the Summer of 2015; it will have little impact on the quality of life."
