"Fleets Neck Beach community is perfect for 2nd home owners, vacation home buyers and locals alike. The community features the Cutchogue Park District beach at Pequash and the Fleets Neck home owners association beach. The association beach has a kayak station on the beach for the use of the residents. The Fleets Neck homeowners association hosts many events throughout the year, so you will find this is a friendly community with a twist on enjoying life!"

"Broadwaters Cove is a small waterfront community with an association marina for the residents. This community is popular with 2nd home owners, vacation and locals alike. The marina has a small park area with picnic tables and views of the water. Alongside the community is the Cutchogue Park District Beach. This wide sandy bay beach has volley ball courts, picnic tables and lifeguards during the summer season. The park managers run a clean and organized facility. "
