This package includes liability insurance, credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, a move-in concierge to make utility connection and home service setup simple, a Renter to Buyer program, and more.

    "My family lives in this neighborhood (Seville Golf & Country Club community), and it is one of the best communities we have lived in within the East Valley. Two major grocery stores are within ½ mile, and the San Tan Village Mall and Harkins theaters are only 7.58 miles away. The golf course, country club (which features a water park, tennis courts, upscale restaurant, ballroom, and fitness center), as well as numerous playgrounds/parks are just a block or two away. Riggs Elementary school is right around the corner. The neighborhood landscaping is very well maintained, the community is very clean, and well lit jogging paths surround the area."
