Situated on just shy of an acre and down a long, private, tree-lined driveway, you will find this Tech-built home hidden away from the crowds, yet only 2.1 miles to Indian Wells ocean beach and the hamlet of Amagansett. Enter through the sliding glass doors into the open concept living room with brick fireplace and kitchen with plenty of pantry space. The primary bedroom, one guest bedroom and a full bath are on this side of the house. Through French Doors you will find the guest wing addition built in 1995-1996 that offers two more bedrooms and another full bath. You can access the partially finished basement from here or through the Bilco doors outside. There are huge windows and lots of skylights that allow the interior to be awash in beautiful sunlight. Hardwood floors, central air, outdoor shower, good size deck, brick patio and stone and brick walkways surrounded by mature trees and bushes. Almost directly across the street from a private golf course. East Hampton School District.

"No street lights so no walking or riding at night. Very little or no real frond to speak of around here. There were car break ins last spring and summer but other wise it’s always been pretty quiet. "

"There are no street lights so it’s not safe to walk or ride at night. It’s fairly safe as far as crimes goes. Over the past year there had been car break ins but no home burglaries. "

"Certain roads are good for walking dogs but not Long Lane and Cedar. There are no sidewalks and the traffic is heavy. There are plenty of spots to drive your dog to for a good leash walk. "

"I’ve lived here for over 25 years. It’s a unique area. I’m on Long Lane it’s mostly agricultural and commercial. The traffic can be heavy at certain times of the year due to the high school and the commercial nurseries. But the trade off is worth it. I love it because it’s still feels rural. I have learned to live with the dust and diesels because it’s so close to town but isn’t overly suburbanized. You have to still have some grit to live here. "
