The kitchen is a large open space and the living and dinning areas are set in a large open floor plan. The master bedroom has it's own in-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Two car attached garage with stunning epoxy floors and Tesla Level 2 (240V) wall charger and separate covered car port for a third car and additional driveway space.

The house will be unfurnished, although the pictures show the owners current furniture.

Tenant shall be responsible for $145 for Sunrun solar electricity, and $95 for bi-weekly gardener per month payable directly to the owner. The total of $240 for these two fixed utilities shall be added to the rent each month. Tenant shall also be required to put the water, garbage, propane (gas tank), non-solar electricity, Wi-Fi and TV in their own name. The non-solar electricity bill with PG&E is typically about $15 just for the connection of the solar panels to the grid but it can include additional electricity generation and delivery charges if the tenant uses more electricity than the solar panels generate. If there is an annual true-up due with PG&E one year after switching into the tenants name it is the responsibility of the tenant and will show up on their bill on the annual true-up date. First month rent ($2,995), fixed utilities ($240) and deposit ($2,995) due at time of signing the lease. No smoking allowed! Small pets up to 25 pounds permitted but must be pre-approved by the owner. Tenants must have a credit score of 700 or higher and verifiable combined monthly income of $10,000 or higher.
