The non-solar electricity bill with PG&E is typically about $15 just for the connection of the solar panels to the grid but it can include additional electricity generation and delivery charges if the tenant uses more electricity than the solar panels generate. If there is an annual true-up due with PG&E one year after switching into the tenants name it is the responsibility of the tenant and will show up on their bill on the annual true-up date. First month rent ($2,995), fixed utilities ($240) and deposit ($2,995) due at time of signing the lease. No smoking allowed! Small pets up to 25 pounds permitted but must be pre-approved by the owner. Tenants must have a credit score of 700 or higher and verifiable combined monthly income of $10,000 or higher.
