The master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen are located upstairs. There is a a spiral staircase from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor has a wood stove and sitting area overlooking the woods. The ground floor has a walk-out bedroom facing the pond with a sliding glass door to the patio, bathroom, laundry room and furnace room. There is a cave like "walkway" to the heated 2 stall garage. The back yard has a wood sauna. This custom built unique home is something you must see to believe. The home is heated with an oil boiler. It is on a well and septic. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.

This is a very unique home and you can see by the pictures. Tenant pays all utilities. Home is on a well and septic. No pets. 2 people only as this is a small house. There is a heated 2 stall garage attached to the house. Outside garages are not for tenant use. This is on 10 acres and has a pond. There is an outside sauna that can be used. The home has a 3rd floor overlook. We will be putting in laundry units.
Tenant is responsible for lawn mowing and snow removal. Arrangements may be made with landlord for these services at a fee. References required and security deposit is same as rent. No smoking in the house or garage.
