MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.

    "My neighborhood is located very near schools, shopping , the movie theater and downtown shops and restaurants. Also within walking distance of the transit center. It is also on a dead end street in a small multi racial area. About half of the homes are owner occupied with the other half being long term rentals. It is a very friendly neighborhood where we all help and look after one another. Just the other day a neighbor came by and helped trim our shrubs. And another brought us a beautiful bunch of evergreen boughs. My house smells great. šŸ™‚ I also enjoy that our neighborhood is very mixed in ages. From a baby under 1 to small children,teenagers,young adults, parents and grandparents. The homes are also varied in age and style. Some built in the 40ā€™s and the newest is not quite finished."
