About this House

This is a perfect house for someone who likes peace and quiet and nearby grocery shopping and pharmacy.

Quiet neighborhood -- mostly retired neighbors. The house features a Catio in the fully fenced back yard, where indoor-only cats can come and go from inside the house to a fully enclosed pen. Catio can also be used as a dog pen for a small dog, with gate going into the yard. Home was constructed in 2015, and came with all brand new appliances at the time.

Hi - my name is Matt and my wife's name is Amanda. We own and rent out this house ourselves; it is the house we lived in from 2015-2019 and still have much love for. We still live in Eugene. If you choose to live here, you're renting directly from us (the property owners), not an agency. This is our only rental! The previous two tenants moved out because they were moving across the country for new jobs.

    "I live in a wonderful old neighborhood! Its a quiet area. But if your gonna have a backyard party, invite everyone around you. We know our neighbors and can hear the train at 11 pm. We don't have sidewalks, so we have to teach our children and pets how to walk respectifully. If someone is driving down our road we wave to them, because they either live here, are lost or visiting a friend!"

    "i live here and its a well established neighborhood with mature trees and neighbors that have lived there very long, the bus stop is right around the corner, it's very pet friendly people walk their dogs around all the time and are friendly, neighbors look out for each other, very clean street, the schools are one of the best in town, their is lots of shopping right down the street and close to the malls, their is lots of street parking and as well as 4 people can park in their driveways, their has been no crime records in this neighborhood and Santa Clara has one of the lowest crime rate in Eugene/Springfield, their is a park and rec right in the area with activities, swimming, exercise room daycare, summer camps and kids activities just a great area for anyone young, old or with a family "
