The friendly resident of the front house has a beautiful vegetable garden alongside her chicken and quail coops. There's a PARKING SPACE included as well as FREE laundry in a brand new laundry area! Very small indoor. NO Pets.

Everything is walkable, the grocery store, the restaurants on 3rd and the beach is all right there! And downtown LB is only a 15 min scooter ride to night life. I feel safe and happy here"
