The homes vary in size and what they have to offer...picking up a resale is a good bet and can save that extra money. Looks like also, as I write this; we should be having more shops nearer to us here in a few years!! Good luck with your search. "

Nearly all the folk here are very friendly without living in each other's pockets...There used to be an active First Responders association but has closed. Most people are here to help anyway...Always keep up with your first aid!! All in all, a wonderful place to call home."

Beautiful St. Leo college just down the street, excellent rated Mexican restaurant less than a mile away, unique shops. Hard to believe that this rolling topography is in Florida.
