We have five rooms available for rent in our spacious home! Upstairs, you'll find four large bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in closet. There's also a comfortable bedroom and full bathroom downstairs-perfect for added privacy or guests.

The home features a generous kitchen and living room on the main floor, plus a cozy loft area upstairs. We're just a 10-minute walk from the BART station, making commuting a breeze.

All utilities and amenities are included in the rent. We're relocating back to our Pleasant Hill home for our children's school and are looking to rent out these rooms.

If you're interested or have any questions, please reach out!

We are seeking responsible working professionals or students to rent our rooms. Seniors and those with housing vouchers are warmly welcome. Lease terms are flexible to accommodate your needs. Preference given to female tenants.

The majority of the houses and yards are small but well kept which makes them great starter homes for first time buyers. One perk of living in this neighborhood is that most of the homes are within walking distance to BART."
