Monthly Rent: $7,750/month, utilities included.

Lease Window: Available starting mid-December (flexible for earlier move-in) through July 31, 2027. A lease term exceeding 6 months is required.

All-Inclusive Utility Package: Rent covers weekly housekeeping, high-speed Wi-Fi, water, trash collection, HOA fees, and routine patio/landscape maintenance. Electricity (FPL) is included up to a monthly cap of $225 (tenant covers any overage).

Parking: There are two dedicated spots in front of house. Attached garage cannot easily accommodate large cars.

Move-in Funds: First month's rent plus a refundable security deposit ($7,750) and non-refundable standard departure cleaning fee ($500).

Application & Screening: Standard background check, credit check, and proof of funds/income required. Applicants must comply with all community HOA guidelines.
