- spacious walk-in closet

- Available fully-furnished at price listed, please inquire if you are interested in unfurnished instead at a lower price.

- If rented furnished: super fast internet, dedicated work space with sit/stand desk, fully stocked kitchen with specialty appliances like Instant Pot and an air-fryer / toaster / multifunction unit, cali-king bed with plush new bedding, night stands, lamps, four person patio set with umbrella, bicycle with lock and helmet, queen sleeper pull out couch, hangers, drying rack, multiple ways to make coffee, all the matching glass ware, dining ware, and serving ware you could need for yourself + guests

Sunny, high ceiling, private, natural area to enjoy all to yourself in a quiet small condo community just far enough away from Downtown to have peace and quiet and updated amenities (digital A/C and central heating to start! covered reserved parking!), while close enough to quickly dart over to enjoy it all! This residence is in the heart of central Boulder, close to everything and with easy access in/out to get to all your favorite bucket list Colorado destinations during your stay (see map of nearby places, plus the list of recommendations outside Boulder in Other Details).

This unit is on the second floor with only one shared wall, which is along the entry way and living room, giving you a very private and quiet experience. The bedroom is along the exterior wall. The unit above is owned by someone who only uses it a few times a year as their office, so you'll never hear them. The neighbors below and to the side along the shared wall are so quiet I've literally never heard them!

Unwind on the private patio with only nature as company - various birds, heron sometimes, goose, and ducks are a delight to watch playing in and around the pond out back (don't worry, the bedroom is on the other side of the house so you won't be disturbed!).

You'll have a giant unobstructed view of the Flatirons in all four seasons. The giant south-facing windows reveal those mountains we love, NCAR, and the rim of Boulder Valley. From the patio, you can enjoy the view directly west for sunset, and directly east for sunrise! All seasons and directions are very colorful here, viewable inside but I also recommend you take in the full experience on the patio! The stars and moon are great to watch out there too, or storms in the summer -- patio is covered already, plus there is a removable umbrella to keep you more shaded from the sun.

I love to send them home with cookies or fresh dough to bake cookies with their own families! You should bring your kids to our house on Halloween, what a treat! I walk to Pearl Street by way of Foothills Trail, through beautiful neighborhoods apple orchards, Mt. Sanitas and am fascinated by the rock formations. I bicycle many days a week and many miles, such a perfect location to start from and end up! It’s a family and friends tradition to do the Bolder Boulder on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend, so fun! I have been taking it easy for a while due to some physical injuries, but continue to build up my strength and stamina walking my dog, climbing and hiking - I get a great workout! Here’s a tidbit!
