Wonderful for a single traveler or couple. 400 sq. feet, so it is small. Fully furnished, a great kitchen with room to chef. A Westin Heavenly queen bed. Shower and bathtub. Dishwasher, AC, fireplace, balcony, streaming Roku TV. A great Boulder stay.

Nice, large patio facing front yard. Dedicated parking spot in off-street parking lot (not covered).

Whole Foods flagship store experience within two blocks. The Pearl Street Mall is nearby. You're next to The YMCA, Movement Climbing Gym, Rayback Collective and of course Boulder's amazing trail system. Closest to some of Boulder's great restaurants.

W/D are not in the unit. There is a laundry room on the first floor just outside of the unit. $100/mo additional for internet, water, trash, heat, and electrical.

    "This area cannot be beat...we walk to all of the fun downtown festivities, local shops, restaurants, pubs, bistros, and some onf the finest cuisine in America within a 5-block radus. We either walk, bike, or bus to everything, we love that we almost never have to drive! With the mountains, Farmer's Market, Boulder Creek, and theFamous and FUN Pearl St. Mall on one side, and a beautiful little pocket park, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and the trendy 29th St. Mall on the other...the Whittier neighborhood around 23rd and Pearl is the PERFECT little slice of downtown living! We wouldn't live anywhere else!! "
