Enter the majestic beauty of the Smoky Mountains with our exquisite fully-furnished & fully-equipped cabin. This cozy retreat boasts 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, on an acre of land on the hillside. Located just off Wears Valley road, we are close to many amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, shops, rides, activities, shops and more. Pigeon forge is just 5 minutes away on the 441. We are located next to a thrilling coaster ride as well!

The spacious kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space to create delicious meals. Stay connected with high-speed internet access and multiple TVs throughout the cabin, one in each bedroom.

The layout of the home is the master bedroom with soaking tub on the first floor (as you enter), as well as the the living room, kitchen, and a half bath, along with dining on the back deck overlooking the yard and mountains. Downstairs (lower floor) you have 4 additional bedrooms, one with a king size bed, 2 with queen beds, and a 4th with a twin over twin bunk and couch/TV/game, along with 2 full bathrooms.

In total the home sleeps 10 comfortably, on 2 levels, and over 2000 sq.ft, and 2 living room areas.

Discounted rates are available for those committing to a 12-month lease; Please inquire for details.

* Renter pays electric, water, landscaping, and internet. We can also provide an all inclusive quote corporate renters.

* Pets considered with pet rent and additional deposit. Security deposit 1.5x rent on long term lease.

* If you wish to rent the property to do "Airbnb" or STR: We require 4 months of deposit, a 10% increase on rent, and 2 solid years of operating history in the business. Tax returns and financials will be required as proof. We prefer operators with properties of their own who have been or are currently landlords to prove ability to maintain property.
