The house is conveniently 10 minutes from UCLA Campus and 2 minutes from the new UCLA site on Pico, 3.2 miles from Sawtelle Japantown, 5.5 miles from Santa Monica Pier, 6 miles from Westfield Culver City, and 9 miles from LAX Airport. The Public schools in the neighborhood are Overland Ave Elementary School, Palms Middle School and Alexander Hamilton Senior High as well as Magnolia Science Academy.
Private Schools Notre Dame Academy, Redeemer Baptist, New School, Brawerman, and Brentwood School.

The Lessees should agree to pay rent in advance every month, either Party may terminate the lease by providing 30 days written notice to the other Party. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside. No pets or animals are allowed. The Lessees will maintain the Premises in good, clean, and sanitary condition during the term of the lease. The renters would pay for all utilities. The $5700 per month in rent does not include utilities.
