Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place that is beautifully renovated to cater to our traveling employees visiting the Hampton Peninsula. It is in the middle of Hampton, with access to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options plus easy access to the highway to get anywhere from Williamsburg (20 min) to Virginia Beach (40 min). In the summer there are a handful of beaches within 10 minutes drive, plenty of festivals, concerts, and sites available year round.

The building is set up like a traditional apartment style, but you will have your dedicated parking space, entrance, and fully furnished apartment. The coin-operated laundry is shared with 15 other units and located in the next building. Each apartment has a smart lock, and opens to a very spacious, corporate designed living room with a TV, couch, and dining room. A desk is also provided for those who work from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cooking materials, a full fridge and freezer combo, oven, stovetop, and microwave. The bedroom features a Queen bed with ample storage in the deep closet, and an attached full bathroom.

This unit is located on the second floor, and requires the use of stairs, as there is no elevator. However, you have a private balcony with a seating area located on the front of the residence to look onto the main street. It is a large balcony that has access through the bedroom and living room.

Trash can be taken out at your leisure. There are 2 dumpsters on the property that are towards the back of the property that can be accessed by walking on either side of the building, or by driving onto the neighboring streets.

Guests have full private access to the home. We have a smart code that will be given to you in the check-in instructions that will grant you 24/7 access to the home, without manual keys. A set of manual keys will be left in your home upon check-in.

House Rules:

1. No parties
2. Quiet Hours outside are between 10 pm - 6 am. Please respect our neighbors!
3. No pets are authorized on this property.
4. No smoking or vaping.
5. Please treat the home as if it were your own.

The 'Management Fee' listed in your booking was for a non-refundable damage waiver. The $79 covers you for accidental damages up to $500. We ask that if anything does happen during your stay, please let us know immediately and send us a picture, so we can work on a remedy for the next guest. If something were to happen and the damages were to be over $500, you pay the difference over $500. Please keep in mind that this waiver does not apply to damages caused by animals, negligence, or results in excessive cleaning fees.

GUEST VERIFICATION: I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to verify my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. An additional lease agreement may be requested upon booking depending on length of stay.

Public Transportation: The unit has access to a variety of public transportation systems. The bus stop is very close to the apartment. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are common in the area and can be requested through their dedicated app and calling the companies directly. The apartments are situated on a main thoroughfare and easily navigable by your personal vehicle.

Parking: There is only one dedicated parking space for each unit in the parking lot on the front of the property. Additional street parking is available on either street that frames the property.

We will give you as much space as you wish but we are available if you need anything!

The unit is month-to-month rental. The rental rate includes all utilities, furnishings, lawn care, trash care, parking, wifi, and laundry facilities.

    "I have lived here for 5 years now, and the neighborhood is quite with polite neighbors. The Hampton Community Center is on block away. There is a Elementary and Middle School within walking distance (2 Blocks or less) and a High school and Daycare Center within 1 mile from this home. Also, the Pennisula Town Center is less than 2 minutes away, to include Lowes, Bass Pro Shop, PBR etc. The 64 and 664 Interstate on ramp is about 2 minutes or less away as well. "
