Landlord reserves the right to enter premises once a month to inspect air filters. However it's the responsibility of the tenant to change filters once a month.
Tenant agrees to quickly and promptly pay any and all fines as a result of the tenants failure to comply with HOA regulations and or laws. Unpaid related HOA fines are a material breach of this agreement
Tenant shall possess renter's insurance and prove copy of policy.
