Open House Sunday March 22, 2020, 12:00 - 2:00. Please note if you are sick or have a cold please refrain from attended. There will be sanitary wipes available to keep all surfaces clean and germ free.

Great ranch house with a finished room in the basement for additional use. Newer flooring in the kitchen and bedrooms. Central Air. Great backyard with a deck out looking a wooded lot. Conveniently located near the Jewish Community Center, Longmeadow and E. Longmeadow line.
Appliances remain and owner pays for water, sewer, and trash fee. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities.

Tenant is responsible for all utility bills except water bill. Tenant must maintain lawn and take care of snow removal.
There shall be an additional pet security deposit, if tenant has a pet.
