Two new Roku TVs, WiFi, water, trash, and sewer included. Electric, gas and pellets not included. Home also has new pellet stove on each floor to cut heating costs and supplement the gas heat. Pets will be considered. Available beginning September 16th for 3 month minimum to 6 month maximum lease at $2,600 per month. No Smoking. Deposit and security negotiable. Can do a video call if requested.
