THIS IS A 17 WEEK OFF SEASON (FALL) LEASE (ABOUT 4 MONTH LEASE) FROM SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2026 (4:00 PM CHECK IN) TO SUNDAY, JANUARY 31, 2027 (CHECK OUT AT 12:00 NOON)

The furnished cottage is a single family house located on East Marlin Way in Ocean Beach Unit III. Ocean Beach is a family beach community and is 5 miles south of Point Pleasant Beach Bay Head. The cottage is about 7 cottages to the beach.

The cottage has an open floor layout with cathedral's ceilings. The kitchen and bathroom of the cottage are newly renovated with SS appliances, including a dishwasher OTR microwave/convection oven.
There are two small bedrooms; one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds.

The cottage has a small bathroom with a shower only.

The cottage has tile floors and the wains coating on the walls.

There is also washer and dryer.

The cottage has a patio with deck furniture and a webber gas grill

The cottage has a high efficient heating and A/C system.

The cottage has high speed Internet.

There is parking for two cars in the driveway.

Toms River Rental Registration Number: RR-18-158

This is not an annual lease. This is an off seasonal rental. This is a 17 week off-season/Fall Lease (about 4 months) from Sunday, October 4, 2026 (check in at 4:00pm) to Sunday, January 31, 2027 for $6,000 (about $350 per week). Utilities are included in the rent. We charge a cleaning fee of $225. We also run credit reports and charge a $40 non-refundable fee.

We are also renting the cottage for weekly rentals in September 2026 $800 per week.

    "Properties are usually inherited, not bought and sold. Very family friendly, narrow part of the island (few mosquitoes due to the wind gusts!) Easy walk to bay or beach. Restaurant, bakery, bagels, frozen yogurt and surf shop right there! Nice association amenities, coolers allowed on the beach (it matters!)...mostly owners, not too many rentals."
