I loved this school as a child and I love it now as an adult. I've noticed that a lot of the teachers I've had at UES are still there. As an adult I've observed in many classrooms for my field experience hours, and I truly hope to be employeed there one day. I love the closeness of the faculty and students, it shows that just because Uniontown is a small community, there's a lot of love within the school system. Bravo UES for being one the best!

This is my sons 1st year at ucms, we just moved here. And so far it has been an awful experience! I’ve already had to call the board of education on a teacher against my son. The bullying is nonstop I feel like whether it be on the bus or in school and they lack communication to actually call parents! It’s awful this is the only choice of school that we have unless we choose home schooling. Basically if your child isn’t a favorite on a sports team then they don’t matter enough. You have to spend your days constantly calling the school and going back and forth advocating for your child to make sure the bullying is actually being handled. I had such high hopes for my son coming here too. They have this huge layout about no bullying but it’s just for looks. The kids here at this school are the some of the meanest I’ve seen, it’s ridiculous.
