Verifiable gross income at least 2.75x the monthly rent amount after deducting estimated monthly payments based on Equifax credit report (examples- payments for credit cards,student loans, auto loans and mortgages. Or/ verifiable cash reserves to at least 12x the rent will drastically reduce the gross income requirements

Any outstanding mortgage may be partly or entirely removed from the monthly income when an applicant demonstrates that the property is in process of being sold or sold or that rental income offsets the mortgage payment

But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
