Or/ verifiable cash reserves to at least 12x the rent will drastically reduce the gross income requirements
Any outstanding mortgage may be partly or entirely removed from the monthly income when an applicant demonstrates that the property is in process of being sold or sold or that rental income offsets the mortgage payment
