Beautiful Lower Town loft with high ceilings, exposed brick and wooden beams. 5 windows offer plenty of light. Loft comes with washer/dryer with internet and water included. The loft is next to the Saints stadium and the farmers market. On the ground floor you have a Brazilian steak restaurant, Metronome Brewery and a coffee shop. There is also a rooftop where you can hangout and entertain.
Apartment is unfurnished.

I am looking to sublet. My lease expires at the end of May. So, I would like to find someone to take over my lease. My Landlord is super cool and is completely hands off. You will be expected to fill out the standard paperwork to get approved but it is so simple and easy. The building is quiet and the other residents are very friendly and low key.
