"Homely and quiet. Neighbors are friendly and cordial. We look forward to some new neighbors based on the houses that are for sale. The street that we live on is very quiet and is tucked away from a very busy Marino Beach Drive. The golf course seems to be making a comeback and we look forward to that."

"its quiet. it's the perfect medium between the craziness of the city which is only a few blocks away but quiet and almost tucked into the canyon where neighbors are neighborly still. I wish I could afford to continue living here. "

"This is a 55+, gated community. Very quiet, safe to bike and walk throughout the community. Community is small (255, one-story units, allowing for development of a close-knit, family atmosphere. An active social committee has numerous functions established to promote this atmosphere. A great place to live!"
