There are two bunkbeds with queen sized mattresses on bottom and twins on top. Other amenities include cleaning station, pole barn for covered parking, and a separate pole barn with an outdoor kitchen. Water and power can be found at all three structures around camp. Electricity is provided by Rio Grande Electric CO-OP. There is a working windmill on property which supplies water to the house and camp. Half ownership of an additional well located on the neighbors property conveys. There is a line run from that well to camp. The windmill also supplies water to a small pond next to the house. This ensures there is always plenty of game on the property and close to the house.       "Quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and schools. Most people are either law enforcement or Border Patrol in this neighborhood. Great people, easy access to shopping within 5 minutes, and enjoyable to be at. Average person here in probably mid 30’s and older. "

Some of the schools are close, a Junior College is nearby as well as a small park, well maintained park. There is a variety of fast food chains as well as restaurants fairly close.
