Description

Single family home built new in 2008. Renovations done in 2019 include salt-water 33x14 (7ft deep) pool with solar heating capabilities. All carpet was removed and laminated wood flooring installed. Outdoor brick-paver walkway and outdoor shed installed. 2020 upgrades include new granite countertops and under mount sinks in the bathrooms. A/C added to garage with separate on-off switch. 2020 spring the vegetation was refreshed in the front and along side the pool screen. Also changed out to crushed pebbles for the landscaping. A/C unit upgraded to 14 seer 3 ton Lennox in fall of 2020
