My house also has a library on first floor, upgrades including new roof, wooden floor in MBR, new floors in kitchen and upgrades bathrooms, it was on for $845,000 last year,
I find your value for my property insulting and totally incorrect.
The homes you used to appraise my home are not even close to my house
must of them were in the $400-600 range.
The house next door at 11 Laurel ridge road is 4 beds 3 baths 2,626 sq, which is 1000 square feet smaller then my house. and I can see the house by just looking at my back window. It's on the market for $829,900.
You should stop putting values on homes if you are not an licensed appraiser and/or don't understand or know the area or house you are using to get your prices.. You (zillow) under price homes which makes it hard for people to sale their homes for the correct price because the buys look at your site.
My house is NOT valued at the price of $689,00 which you some how thought was correct. As a realtor in Weston,
I know what the price of my house should be and it is not $689,000., we live in Fairfield County Connecticut which is not priced same as other areas in Connecticut. Also realtor in this area find your site is always incorrect and you should be sued for what you doing, not only under pricing homes, but having ads for realtors at the bottom of all houses you've listed. The homes you used to price my home are not the same, I have a Contemporary, the locations of the homes you used is not in same area, location or condition of homes are not taken into your facts. Looking that the Town list for taxes doesn't give you the correct price of a home, as seniors get a tax reduction and other people get tax reductions on their taxes for other reasons, wet lands just one. nor can you use homes that are being foreclosed or in very bad condition, not knowing if the houses your are using to get my homes prices could be foreclosed, short sales or in bad shape,.
YOU ARE INCORRECT REGARDING MY HOUSE PRICE....TAKE IT OFF YOUR SITE NOW!
