Posted by a community member on 1/8/2024Very mediocre administration and teaching. Kids do well because they come from supportive and high achieving families who can afford to supplement with external tutors, college counselors, and other resources, not because of the school.
Posted by a parent on 3/19/2023We were so impressed with the support our teenager received from this school. It was really academically focused. Our kid was not a big sports kid, but the sports programs are all very good. We saw seniors recruited to amazing schools - even Princeton for swimming ! Our child graduated with 22 credits for college and prices being what they are - that was an amazing advantage. I think this is a great small school and a shining example of successful public education.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur child has attended PK-2 - is now in her final year at the school. The change in her has been dramatic - she entered with fairly signficant social, vocabulary and motor challenges, and will leave a well adjusted, generally happy kid at or above grade level in basically everything. Sure, we played some part in. The absolutely outstanding, beyond any belief level of support she got in school was a bigger part than we were, even - the level of structure and careful adjustment of the program to adjust to new information helped us help her as well.We moved here for the schools and really haven't been disappointed.Other Review2y ago - Our Lady of Fatima School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have heard other parents say it is "Small but Mighty" and I agree. I love the importance on not cutting back on the academics - no cuts to art, music, grammar/spelling (as I've heard some other schools have done), language, cursive... It's still about academics and educating the whole child. The addition of the technology adding to the personalized learning model is well balanced (no defaults to the tech teaching the kids - it's used to compliment not take the place of teachers.)
