The building is gated This unit comes with a carport for one car. If you have a 2nd car there is free overnight parking on Waldo, which is just across the street. You could also get an inexpensive overnight parking permit from the City of Pasadena to park overnight on Del Mar Blvd.
Water, trash and gardener are paid by the owner. You pay electricity and gas. Sorry this is a no pets, no smoking building. Twelve months lease and month to month after that.
