About this House

If you are a working professional and looking for a clean, queit, and, peaceful place, this house is a good match for you. Not like many old houses in Berkeley and Oakland, this house has thick walls, and has no stairs. I am the landlord and living local and I do take care of my property. Unit A is occupied with amazing tenants, and I hope to find another mature and respectful tenants for unit B so the home can be "home" for everyone.

Everything is new in Unit B and no one has lived in yet.

Parking, trash, and water is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for internet, and PG&E.
